We believe safety is vital as families entrust us with their children. Therefore, we have a nurse onsite and each child with special needs is paired one-on-one with a volunteer to participate in that evening’s activities. Best Buddies of Flagler College has partnered with us as our volunteers, in addition to our ATFC volunteer team!

Due to limited space and use of volunteers at each of these events, PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Once our spots are filled, there will be a waiting list in case of any family cancellations. If you are not able to register because all spots are filled, please put your name on the waiting list!


We offer 2 types of pre-registration depending on when you sign up, and the siblings are FREE!

  • Parents DAY OutEarly Bird MVP cost is ONLY $20 for morning, & Standard MVP cost is $30.
  • Parents NIGHT OutEarly Bird MVP cost is ONLY $25 for night, & Standard MVP cost is $40.

*Deadline for the Early Bird price set when each event is created. Registration always closes the Monday before the event @11:59PM, for planning and staffing.

An MVP Child Profile* needs to be completed in order to best accommodate your child with special needs. This form is completed and submitted online. (*This is separate from the registration form signing up your children).



What are the ages allowed?

We welcome children ages 3 – 15 years, both MVPs and Super Sibs. Our teen Super Sibs may be more interested in participating as a Buddy, and that would be great! Let us know and we’ll get them connected.

Will breakfast/dinner be served?

We will not be serving a meal for the children due to the various dietary needs. However, we will be having a snack time. Snack details will be provided to you the week of the event via an informational email.

What can I bring to the event?

If your child requires special foods, medications, adaptive equipment, etc., you may bring it. For medications and adaptive equipment, you’ll check it in at the registration table and explain the use to your MVP’s buddy and/or nurse.
