Event & Fundraising Committee
Are you a “behind the scenes” kind of person? Then you can help with the planning involved. Are you a “Type-A” personality? Then you can help keep the group
What you need to know:
- We are a faith-based organization and have an Articles of Faith which all Ability Tree leadership, committees, and staff honor. As a volunteer, you are not required to personally believe in these statements, however, you need to be willing to respect them and not speak contrary to them with our ATFC families and community contacts.
- Most meetings are done via conference calls/video calls and emails. There are only quarterly in-person meetings each year.
- We only ask for a one-year commitment at a time. We understand schedules, lives, and availabilities change over time. Also, we want to make sure we are
a rightfit for you, and you are a rightfit for Ability Tree.
If you’re interested in being on the committee, click below to send us an email telling us of your interest. Please include the following information: Your name, contact information, acknowledgement you read the Articles of Faith, why you’d like to be on this committee, any previous experience being a part of a committee, any leadership skills, and some strengths you’d bring to the table (this is your time to brag on yourself!).
